About the Conference
Since 2005, the Bank of Korea has been annually hosting the Bank of Korea International Conference to discuss topical issues related to economic stability, growth, and monetary policy. Distinguished academics and policymakers exchange their views here on current economic challenges and seek appropriate policies in response. Thanks to the dedication of its participants, the conference has established itself as a respected platform for discussing new theories and initiatives.
The BOK conference 2023 will be held in Seoul on June 1-2, marking the first face-to-face gathering in four years since the pandemic began. This year¡¯s conference will focus on post-pandemic policy challenges, including rebalancing inflation and growth, soft landing and deleveraging, global fragmentation, and digitalization and CBDC.
