This report, a condensed English version of ‘BOK Regional Economic Report’ published in Korean, is compiled based on information gathered by the sixteen regional branches of the Bank of Korea from companies and other organizations within their regions between late July and mid-August. It provides basic information for assessing current regional economic conditions. The contents of this report may not necessarily coincide with the official statistics to be released later by the Bank of Korea and Statistics Korea.
