Bank of Korea Money Museum Gyeonggi Branch
The Currency Exhibition Hall at the Bank of Korea Gyeonggi Branch is a multifunctional cultural space where visitors can learn about currency and financial economics while engaging with interactive and visual exhibits. Exhibition Hall 1 covers the history of currency from prehistoric times to the modern era. Exhibition Hall 2 showcases a wide range of commemorative currencies and features interactive exhibits, including true-or-false quizzes and counterfeit detection devices. Visitors can also explore how the effects of monetary policy are transmitted through the economy via touchscreen displays. In the lobby area, guests can view currency designs from around the world presented in board-game-style format inspired by Monopoly.
